It was July 2000 and I moved into my little flat with my daughters Kerry and Leigh. Try as I might, I just couldn’t get on top of the garden which had been neglected for goodness knows how long. It was all i could do to get my Dad to come over and mow the grass!
Fast forward to July 2001 and I had met and fallen in love with Geoff, who lived in Maidstone, Kent. To cut a long story short, Christmas 2001, he moved up to Scotland to be with us permanently. Best move of his life I say!.
Anyway,not only did I have the love of my life with me, I now had a partner in crime to tackle the garden. This is the story of how we (He when it came to the heavy lifting and hard graft really) have shaped and nurtured the garden into what it is today, starting with this humble beginning…..

Gawd! I forgot what a jungle you had before Geoff came up, even the difference from then until now is amazing, you have both (mainy Geoff tho…lol) done such a good job and i’m really looking forward to this next phaze!
